Challenges with fertility can be a difficult topic for patients to discuss with their doctor. It’s personal. We understand and have a team of supportive doctors to help our male patients access the best fertility treatment available based on their diagnosis.

The Male Fertility Center at Premier was created with our patients in mind. We want to make sure that every patient who chooses us for their fertility care will access the best treatment available and that our patients will feel supported at every stage of their journey. That’s why we established a center focused on providing extraordinary training to our healthcare providers. Our multidisciplinary team, led by Dr. Krumholtz, is trained to address the most complex fertility issues. We’ve also designed state-of-the-art, private spaces at our Eastdale location to help ensure our patients access the care they need in a comfortable and professional environment.

This includes a team of supportive staff such as nurses, medical assistants, and radiology technicians that focus on male fertility. They are committed to helping you on your fertility journey.

Many of our staff, including Dr. Krumholtz, have extensive experience in the evaluation and leading-edge treatments for male fertility including non-scalpel vasectomy, in-office evaluation of semen analysis, and male hormone replacement. In addition, the Center provides experienced outpatient microsurgical experience with an on-campus ambulatory surgery center— microsurgical vasectomy reversal, microsurgical varicocele repair, microsurgical surgical epididymal and testicular sperm retrieval for IVF, and microsurgical options for refractory scrotal pain.

Facilities Designed With You in Mind

In 2020, we opened our doors to our newest facility at Eastdale in Poughkeepsie, New York. Designed with our patients in mind, it facilitates the full spectrum of male fertility care, with access to phlebotomy, semen analysis testing, and imaging, all in one convenient location. In addition, the facility features several private and spacious waiting lounges, allowing patients to wait for their physician in comfort while social distancing and adhering to health and safety measures resulting in a seamless experience.
