We are pleased to announce that effective March 15, 2021 Dr. Ofonagoro’s office has moved to an easily accessible new location at 3125 Route 9W, Suite 201 in New Windsor.
If you had a previously scheduled appointment the date and time will remain as scheduled, it will just be moved to Dr. Ofonagoro’s new location in New Windsor.
Phone number and office hours will also remain the same, and we are pleased to offer you the same level of personal, quality care you have come to expect.
